HKD new dryer bag type dust collector has small air leakage and is adjacent to the small bag room during dust removal; no "secondary dust" and "dust reattachment" problems; compact structure and light weight; box structure design, easy field assembly ; Long life of the dust filter bag. Filtration conditions: Combined structure with double dust removal mechanism of blocking and filtering. Dust-containing flue gas enters the filter bag of the filter room through the air inlet pipe above the ash hopper. The air inlet duct is provided with a deflector, and coarse particles of dust fall into the ash hopper due to the blocking of the deflector and the effect of gravity. Pre-separation of dust reduces abrasion of filter bag by dust. Fine dust flows into the filter bag with the air flow, the dust is retained on the filter bag, and the air flow is purified through the dust-removing cloth bag. The purified air flow is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
Dust removal condition: Only one lift switch valve is used to replace other types of dryer bag dust collectors. One bag room needs a ventilation butterfly valve and a reverse blow butterfly valve to act simultaneously to complete the blowback dust removal work, which is easy to achieve "combined state" cleaning. The ash control process is ideal.
HKD type dryer bag type dust collector adopts the lower air inlet method, and the air inlet pipe is designed as the lower "open" method, and the "open" is directly connected with the ash hopper. A deflector is placed in the intake duct. Under the blocking of the deflector and gravity, coarse particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper without the filter bag, reducing the abrasion of the filter bag by the dust particles. Since the air deflector in the air inlet pipe plays a role in uniformly distributing the airflow, the airflow distribution in each pouch chamber is evenly distributed and the pressure drop is balanced.

1. Design of the ventilation and dust removal system at the end of the dryer In the design, the HKD-type dryer bag dust collector is used as the first-level dust removal, which not only simplifies the process, reduces system resistance, but also reduces system air leakage.
2. Working temperature
HKD type dryer bag dust collector allows the maximum temperature is ≤180 ℃. Flue gas above this temperature must not directly enter the dust collector, and the "cold air valve" installed on the air inlet pipe is mixed with atmospheric cooling measures to automatically adjust the flue gas temperature.
3. Selection of anti-condensation filter material Our company's glass fiber filter material has been specially treated, and its hydrophobicity, folding resistance and abrasion resistance have been greatly improved. It has excellent anti-condensation performance and high strength, especially the folding resistance and abrasion resistance are several times higher than the plain glass fiber filter material, low resistance, high dust removal efficiency, stability and reliability. The company's glass fiber filter material has no obvious streaks on the surface, and the fabric is smooth, flat, and easy to clean. It is an ideal filter material for filtering wet dust, and it is more suitable for the application in dryer dust removal.
4. Filtering wind speed Filtering wind speed (m / min) refers to the air flow rate passing through the filter cloth per unit area, which is the air-to-cloth ratio (m3 / m2 · min). The filtering wind speed not only determines the size of the dust collector, but also has a decisive influence on the dust removal efficiency, dust collector resistance, dust removal effect, and filter bag life. In order to ensure the high efficiency and low resistance of the dust collector, the wind speed of glass fiber filter material is generally selected to be <0.5m / min.
5. Anti-condensation technical measures Insulation pipes, housings and ash hoppers of dust collectors are all insulated to reduce the heat dissipation of the housing, and the insulation layer is also conducive to the heat storage of the equipment. Actual use proves that this measure makes the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag filter is small, and achieves the expected thermal insulation effect.
